Five Tibetan Yoga Safety

Two years ago I damaged the 1st lombaire . Do you think it is safe for me to do the 5 exercises ?

2 years ago I damaged the lombaire and I wear a corset/belt in certain occasions (skiing for example). My back is still painful above of all when I stand up for too long. Do you think it is sage for me to do the 5 exercises?
