Lhasa Apso - Advice Needed

Question: we have two lhasa apsos. Every now and then, I grill lamb chops. Bella goes running straight under the bed and won't come back out until the kitchen exhaust has cleared most of the scent of grilled lamb. Sophie shows no reaction at all.

Any thoughts?

The smell of cooking lamb is very strong, as a vegetarian I find it disturbing, not sure why, but more so than other meats, I really am so aware of the animal whose flesh is being cooked. Maybe your dog is trying to tell you something....
