Tibetan tattoo

Tibetan Tattoo Translation

I know this is a place to post your tattoo and I would love to post one but I want to know if this Tibetan translation is correctly done. I want to translate both my parents name and place it on my ribs. I was the tattoo to say "Rosa and Oscar Rios". I did get a translation but I am not sure if it is correct. Any help?
