Equanimity in Tibetan Language

I fell in love with the word Equanimity all throughout high school. I had anger issues all throughout my life and at times it would get out of hand. Equanimity, in my interpretation means calmness of the mind especially under stress.

I then saw a girl from my school who i never met and saw she has these intricate tattoos on her body and i was fascinated to know what language it was fun. once i found out it was Tibetan, i did my research and decided to get my favorite words tattooed on my wrist so i could see it everyday.
